Answers from your pages and products, tracks orders, captures leads, hands off to your team. == Description == **Aivastark** is an AI chatbot for WordPress and WooCommerce. It learns your website, files and product catalogue, answers visitors 24/7 in 80+ languages, captures leads, and hands the chat to your team when a person should take over. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iBmmX-Wnw1M **One field. That's it.** Paste your Widget Key from the Aivastark dashboard and the widget is live site-wide. You can also use the `[aivastark key="..."]` shortcode on individual pages. **Run it without leaving WordPress.** Click **Connect** once to securely link your site to your Aivastark project. Aivastark then opens as a full-screen app inside wp-admin, with its own navigation: the **Widget editor**, the **Inbox**, the **Knowledge base**, **Leads**, **Analytics**, **AI agent** settings and more, already signed in. No second login each time. **Decide where it shows.** **Display rules** choose the pages (by type, by page or by URL path), the devices, the visitors (everyone, logged out, logged in, or not certain roles) and how early the widget loads, all without code. = AI chatbot for WooCommerce = Connect your WooCommerce store from the Aivastark dashboard: enter your store URL, then approve the connection in your own WordPress admin. There are no API keys to copy. The chatbot then answers from live store data: * Searches your catalogue by meaning, price and stock, and sends the shopper a link that adds the product to their cart * Tracks orders: the customer gives the order number and billing email, and the agent reads the order's status * Changes the delivery address on an order that hasn't shipped, once the customer confirms * Checks return eligibility and files the return as a ticket for your team * Once you switch ordering on, places a cash-on-delivery order (if COD is enabled in your store) or sends a checkout link It cannot take payment, see a shopper's cart, refund, edit products or cancel orders. Connecting your store doesn't need a paid plan; letting the agent place orders needs Starter or above. = Live chat with your team = With human handoff switched on (Solo and above), the agent passes the conversation to your team when a customer asks for a person, sounds upset or still isn't helped. The chat lands in your Aivastark inbox, which opens right inside wp-admin, with the full thread attached. = One agent on every channel = The same agent and knowledge base can also answer on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and email (Starter and above), with every conversation in one inbox. = Features = * AI chatbot trained on your website, files (PDF, DOCX, TXT and Markdown), FAQs and WooCommerce catalogue * Replies in 80+ languages, detected from the visitor's first message, on every plan * Your agent's name, colours and persona on every plan; hide the Aivastark badge on Scale; custom white-label arrangements on Enterprise, on request * Lead capture (trigger by message count, keyword, idle time, or manual) * Human handoff to your team's inbox, with realtime notifications (Solo and above) * A full-screen Aivastark app inside wp-admin: widget editor, inbox, knowledge base, leads, tickets, analytics and AI agent settings, via a secure one-click connection * Display rules: show the widget on every page, only on some, or everywhere but some; desktop, phones or both; everyone, logged-out visitors or logged-in users; hide it from chosen roles * Load the widget right away, after a delay, or on the visitor's first interaction * Knowledge sync: your knowledge base flags itself when you publish or update content here * Or manage everything from the Aivastark dashboard — your choice * Domain whitelisting enforced server-side * Conversation and rate limits enforced server-side * Markdown-formatted responses * Lightweight — the widget is loaded asynchronously and never blocks page rendering = Get a Widget Key = You need a free Aivastark account. Sign up at [aivastark.com](https://www.aivastark.com), create a project, and copy the Widget Key from the **Integrations** page. = Third-party service notice = This plugin is a client for the Aivastark hosted service. To function, it loads the widget script from `https://www.aivastark.com/widget.js` and chat conversations are processed by the Aivastark backend. Full disclosure of every endpoint and the data sent is in the **External services** section below. By installing this plugin you agree to the Aivastark [Terms of Service](https://www.aivastark.com/terms) and [Privacy Policy](https://www.aivastark.com/privacy). == Installation == 1. Upload the plugin `.zip` file to `/wp-content/plugins/` or install it via **Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin**. 2. Activate **Aivastark - AI Chatbot & Live Chat for WooCommerce** through the **Plugins** menu in WordPress. 3. To use it on a single page instead, leave the Widget Key field empty and paste the shortcode `[aivastark key="YOUR_WIDGET_KEY"]` where you want the widget to load. == Frequently Asked Questions == = Is there a free plan? = Yes. The Free plan costs nothing, needs no card and includes 300 credits a month, with the chat widget, knowledge base and 80+ languages. Paid plans are Solo ($12), Starter ($39), Growth ($129) and Scale ($319) a month, each with a 7-day trial. See [pricing](https://www.aivastark.com/pricing). = Does it work with WooCommerce? = Yes. Connect your store from the Aivastark dashboard by entering its URL and approving the connection in your WordPress admin. The agent then answers product, stock and order-status questions from live WooCommerce data. This plugin puts the chat on your site; the WooCommerce connection gives the agent your store data. Most stores use both. = Can the chatbot track WooCommerce orders? = Yes. A customer gives the order number and the billing email used at checkout, and the agent reads the order's status. Asking for both keeps one customer from looking up another's order. = Can a person take over the chat? = Yes, on Solo and above. Switch on human handoff and the agent passes the chat to your team when the customer asks for a person, sounds upset or still isn't helped. You reply from the Aivastark inbox, inside wp-admin or in the dashboard. = Does it answer on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger too? = Yes, on Starter and above. The same agent and knowledge base answer WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and email, and every conversation lands in the same inbox as your website chats. = Which languages does it reply in? = 80+ languages, on every plan. The agent detects the language from the visitor's first message and replies in it, including Roman Urdu. = Do I need any other settings, API keys, or URLs? = No. Version 2.0 collapsed the old four-field config into a single Widget Key. Everything else (API endpoint, project settings, theme) is resolved automatically from the key. = Where do I get a Widget Key? = Create a free account at [aivastark.com](https://www.aivastark.com), create a project, and copy the Widget Key from the **Integrations** page in your dashboard. = Is the widget served from WordPress or a CDN? = The widget script is served from the Aivastark CDN (`https://www.aivastark.com/widget.js`) by default. You can self-host by filtering `aivastark_widget_script_url`. = Can I self-host the widget script? = Yes. Add this to your theme or a custom plugin: add_filter( 'aivastark_widget_script_url', function () { return 'https://your-cdn.com/widget.js'; } ); = Does the widget slow down my pages? = No. The widget script is registered with WordPress, loaded in the footer, and never blocks rendering. If you want it out of the first page load entirely, **Aivastark → Display rules → When it loads** can start it after a delay or on the visitor's first scroll, tap, click or key press. = What data is sent to Aivastark? = By default: only conversation messages typed by visitors who open the widget, plus the Widget Key (to identify your project) and the visitor's session ID. No page content, no cookies on the host site, and no visitor tracking beyond what is needed for the chat session itself. If you switch on **Know your logged-in visitors** (off by default, see below), the logged-in user's WordPress user ID, display name, email address and role are also included. See the **External services** section for the full breakdown. = What is "Know your logged-in visitors"? = An optional setting — **off unless you turn it on** — that tells the assistant who is signed in, so it can greet them by name, recognize them across devices, and stop asking for details your site already has. Turn it on from **Aivastark → Home** (one click) or **Aivastark → Settings**. Nothing is sent for visitors who are not logged in. The values are the user's WordPress ID, display name, email address and primary role. Two things to know before enabling it: 1. These details are rendered into the page for that signed-in visitor, so they reach Aivastark from the browser. They are suitable for greeting and personalization, and are **not** used to grant access to anything. 2. If your site has users in the EU/UK, sharing their name and email with a processor is a decision for you to make — that is exactly why this ships switched off. Developers can extend or replace the values with the `aivastark_widget_user_context` filter (for example to add a membership tier, subscription plan, or lifetime value). = Does this plugin work with caching plugins? = Yes. The widget config is inlined per-request; caching plugins that preserve `
