No generation on reopen, explicit confirmation, Woo consent and demo lead gates, shopper-photo loader, progressing statuses and locale-specific elapsed time.

## How to get to it (user POV)

Open Try it on with a saved photo, then click Use This Photo. Woo still requires consent; on the demo a later attempt may ask for an email after confirmation.

## Driving it with Playwright

The helper opens, closes and reopens and asserts zero generation requests. It confirms once and asserts one request, the saved avatar in the loader, and a status change after advancing the browser clock by 4.1 seconds. ProcessingView tests check the complete timer schedule and formatting. App.recovery tests exercise consent, while App.demo tests assert the lead gate stays hidden until confirmation.

## Gotchas

The elapsed readout is not an estimate. Long requests hold the final neutral status and keep counting. Tests substitute generation responses at the HTTP boundary and do not establish provider latency or quality.
