**Visual Picker for ACF Flexible Content** replaces the ACF Flexible Content layout dropdown with a visual picker. Each layout becomes a card with a thumbnail, title, and description, so editors see what they're adding before they add it.

This plugin extends the **Flexible Content** field, which is part of **Advanced Custom Fields PRO**. ACF PRO 6.0 or later must be installed and active.

== Installation ==

1. Install and activate **Advanced Custom Fields PRO** (6.0+).
2. Install this plugin through the Plugins screen, or upload the ZIP.
3. Activate it. You'll be taken to the settings page on first activation.
4. Open any Flexible Content field in the ACF field group editor and set an image, title, and description for each layout.
5. When editing a post or page, click "Add Layout" to open the picker modal.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Does this require ACF PRO? =

Yes. The Flexible Content field is a PRO-only feature of Advanced Custom Fields, so ACF PRO 6.0 or later must be active.

= Does it work with the free version of ACF? =

No — Flexible Content is not available in the free version of ACF, so this plugin needs ACF PRO.

= How many layouts can I use? =

As many as your field defines. Click a card to add a single layout, or use the numbered badges to select several and add them all at once — subject to whatever maximum the field itself sets.

= How do I add more than one layout at a time? =

In the picker modal, hover a card and click its circular badge to select it. The badge shows the position it will be added in. Select as many as you like, optionally click "Reorder Selected" to drag them into a different order, then click "Add selected".

= Where do the thumbnails and descriptions come from? =

You set them per layout inside the ACF field group editor, in the field's settings panel.

= Is there a paid version? =

No. Everything the plugin does is included here for free.
