== Installation ==

### Quick Start (5 Minutes)

1. **Install & Activate** the plugin from WordPress admin or upload manually
2. **Set up Supabase:**
   - Create a free account at [supabase.com](https://supabase.com)
   - Create a new project
   - Copy your project URL and service key
3. **Configure Plugin:**
   - Go to **Settings → AI Supabase**
   - Enter your Supabase URL and key
   - (Optional) Add OpenAI API key for semantic search
4. **Install Database Schema:**
   - Copy the provided SQL from the setup guide
   - Paste into **Supabase → SQL Editor** and run
5. **Sync Products:**
   - Visit **Settings → Sync Products**
   - Click "Sync All Products" or use batch sync for large catalogs

= Is OpenAI required? =

No! The plugin works great with just Supabase for fast keyword search. OpenAI is only needed for semantic (AI) search and enhanced recommendations. You can start with keyword search and add semantic features later.
