# Privacy and External Service Use

AgizoAI Publisher connects to external services only when the site administrator configures and uses those features.

## Administrator consent

Before any AI API verification, text generation or image generation can run, the administrator must enable the consent checkbox in **AgizoAI Publisher > Settings**.

The consent confirms that selected prompts, post content, research notes, metadata and verification requests may be sent to the chosen external AI provider.

## OpenAI

OpenAI may be used for API verification, article generation, rewrites, SEO metadata generation and optional WEBP image generation.

Data that may be sent includes article topics, prompts, selected post content, excerpts, research notes, SEO instructions, image prompts and settings needed for generation.

## Custom OpenAI-compatible API

A custom endpoint is used only when the administrator enters a custom API base URL and API key. The administrator is responsible for confirming the terms and privacy policy of that endpoint.

## RSS feeds

Research Mode requests RSS feed URLs only when the administrator adds a source and clicks fetch, or when automatic RSS fetching is enabled. The plugin imports item titles, links, dates and summaries into the research queue.

## Draft-first workflow

Generated posts are drafts or pending review by default. Editors should review all generated content before publishing.
