### Tone / Writing Mode

Choose a preset writing style from the dropdown. Available modes include Professional Journalist, Hard News Report, SEO Editorial, Expert Explainer, Analysis / Feature, Business / Corporate, Conversational Blog, Opinion / Column, Review / Buying Guide and Sports Preview.

For research-based news, use **Professional Journalist** with journalist mode enabled. For evergreen ranking articles, use **SEO Editorial** or **Expert Explainer**.

### Post Status
Use **Draft** for the safest workflow. Use **Pending Review** if editors review content through WordPress.

### Research Notes / Source URLs
Paste official facts, source URLs, bullet points or context. The plugin instructs the model to use these as source material without copying source wording.

## Recommended Workflow

1. Generate as draft.
2. Check the article for facts, dates and names.
3. Review the SEO title and description.
4. Check the featured image if generated.
5. Schedule from the Content Calendar.

## Secondary Keyphrases / Synonyms

The manual generation form includes an optional **Secondary Keyphrases / Synonyms** field.

Use it when you already know supporting search terms. You can enter one phrase per line or comma-separated terms. If left empty, the AI will generate 4 to 8 relevant secondary keyphrases automatically.
