# Existing Post SEO Tools

Go to **AgizoAI Publisher → SEO Tools**.

## Supported content

The tool can now process:

- Published posts
- Draft posts
- Pending review posts
- Scheduled posts
- Private posts
- Pages
- Public custom post types

## Recommended workflow

1. Choose the post type.
2. Choose the exact status, for example **Draft** or **Pending Review**.
3. Keep the limit low, such as 3–5 posts.
4. Use **Only posts missing SEO title, description or focus keyphrase** for normal cleanup.
5. Use **Force update selected posts** if a post already has partial/wrong SEO data and keeps being skipped.

The tool writes the generated SEO data to the plugin internal meta fields and to the selected SEO plugin meta keys, according to **AgizoAI Publisher → Settings → SEO Plugin Compatibility**.

## Notes

For existing posts with some SEO meta already present, the tool checks the essential SEO package: title, meta description and focus keyphrase.

## Secondary Keyphrases for Existing Posts

AgizoAI Publisher → SEO Tools generates secondary keyphrases/synonyms for old posts, drafts, pending posts and pages.

The optional **Secondary/Synonym Hint** field is useful when optimising a batch of related posts. Leave it empty when every post is about a different topic.
