The front-end planner is intentionally product-neutral. It does not recommend products, display shop prices, collect email addresses, create user accounts, set marketing cookies, load remote scripts, or call an external calculation API. Calculations run locally in the visitor's browser. The planner uses exercise duration, body weight, self-reported carbohydrate tolerance, average speed, sex, temperature conditions and self-reported sweating as inputs. It returns an indicative carbohydrate target, a 30-minute distribution, a fluid testing range and an estimated sodium-loss range. The output is intended as a practical starting point for testing during training. It is not individual medical or sports-dietetic advice. = Features = * Add the planner with the `[aeroob_koolhydraatplanner]` shortcode. * Exercise-duration slider from 30 minutes up to 14 hours, in 15-minute steps. * Body-weight slider. * Carbohydrate-tolerance setting. * Average-speed slider. * Optional sex input used only as a small factor in fluid and sodium estimates. * Temperature conditions. * Self-reported sweating level. * Carbohydrate target per hour and total amount. * Distribution per 30 minutes. * Fluid testing range. * Estimated sodium-loss range. * Responsive front-end layout. * Keyboard-accessible form controls. * Configurable title, introduction and accent colour. * No WooCommerce dependency. * No account or email requirement. * No marketing tracking or external API. * Optional Aeroob credit link. It is disabled by default and can only be displayed after the site administrator explicitly enables it. == Installation == 1. Install and activate the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Directory. 2. Open **Settings > Koolhydraatplanner** to adjust the title, introduction and accent colour if desired. 3. Add `[aeroob_koolhydraatplanner]` to a page or post. 4. The optional Aeroob credit is disabled by default. Enable it in the plugin settings only if you want the public credit to be displayed. == Frequently Asked Questions == = Does the planner recommend or sell products? = No. The plugin is product-neutral and contains no product recommendations, shop prices or purchase buttons. = Does the plugin collect email addresses or personal data? = No. The plugin does not ask visitors for an email address or account. Planner calculations take place locally in the browser and the entered planner values are not sent to Aeroob. = Does the plugin use an external API? = No. The calculation logic and front-end assets are included in the plugin. = Is the Aeroob credit required? = No. The public credit link is optional, disabled by default and is not required for the plugin to function. A site administrator can explicitly enable or disable it in the plugin settings. = Is the output medical or individual sports nutrition advice? = No. The results are indicative estimates intended as a starting point for testing during training. Individual fluid and sodium needs vary considerably, and a personal sweat test is more accurate than a generic calculator. == Screenshots == 1. The carbohydrate planner embedded on a running page, showing the input fields and indicative planning results. == Privacy == The plugin does not create visitor accounts, collect email addresses, use marketing tracking, call a remote calculation service or send planner input values to Aeroob. Calculations are performed locally in the browser. == Methodology == Carbohydrate targets use broad duration-dependent ranges and the visitor's stated carbohydrate tolerance to select a practical starting point. Fluid output is deliberately presented as a testing range rather than a fixed drinking prescription. Sodium output is presented as estimated possible loss and not as an automatic replacement target. Users should test any nutrition and hydration strategy during training and adapt it to individual tolerance, thirst, measured sweat loss and circumstances. People with relevant medical conditions, medication use or previous fluid or electrolyte problems should seek individual professional advice. == Changelog == = 1.0.5 = * Matched the public plugin name to the reserved WordPress.org slug: `aeroob-koolhydraatplanner-voor-hardlopers`. * Updated the plugin text domain and package directory to the reserved WordPress.org slug. * Added WordPress.org user `aeroobnl` to the Contributors field. * Updated human-facing plugin labels from “voor Clubs” to “voor Hardlopers”; the planner remains suitable for running clubs and endurance communities. * Updated the stable tag and internal asset version to 1.0.5. = 1.0.4 = * Extended the maximum exercise duration from 12 to 14 hours while retaining 15-minute steps. * Synchronized the internal asset version with the plugin version. = 1.0.3 = * The optional Aeroob credit link is now a regular followable link when a site administrator explicitly enables it.
