# A1 Local Site Health Report Card Manual QA

## Local WordPress check

1. Copy or symlink `plugins/a1-local-site-health-report-card` into a local WordPress install's `wp-content/plugins/` directory.
2. Activate **A1 Local Site Health Report Card** as an administrator.
3. Open **Tools > A1 Local Site Health Report Card**.
4. Confirm the page is only available to users with `manage_options`.
5. Confirm the observed facts table renders without PHP notices.
6. Confirm the report textarea contains the same facts as plain text.
7. Use the **Copy report** button and paste into a text editor.
8. Confirm no settings, options, custom tables, or remote service connections are created by this plugin.
