No subscription, no contract. == Description == Shoppers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot what to buy, and some of them click through to a store and order. 7BE brings you shoppers from those assistants, and this plugin lets you see what they bring. WooCommerce already records where each order's visit came from (its order attribution). Once your store is connected, the plugin sends 7BE that source and each order's net total, never the buyer's name, email or address. 7BE adds up the orders whose visit came from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot or Claude and shows you, on your 7BE dashboard, what they brought your store in the last 60 days. **What it costs** * The plugin is free. * Connecting your store to 7BE is free, and so is seeing what AI brought it in the last 60 days. * The 7BE service is 10% of the sales AI brings you. No subscription, no contract. Every order visible; any disputed order removed. * An order counts when its journey started or ended at an AI assistant: in WooCommerce, when the order attribution your store records shows a visit from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot or Claude. Every counted order is listed in your 7BE account with its source; mark an order "Not from AI" and it is removed from what you pay on. * Any store can start: click Start 7BE in your 7BE dashboard, and 7BE does the full work (summaries, questions and answers, feeds, reviews, facts). * 7BE bills the 10% in one invoice a month, through Stripe. The full terms are at https://7be.io/terms. No one can promise that AI assistants will send you shoppers. 7BE works to bring them and shows you the result, order by order. **What 7BE does for the shoppers it brings** These parts of the service run from the same plugin. Each change to your store is off until you turn it on, or waits for your click: * checks the questions your shoppers put to the assistants, built from your own catalog, and shows how often they name your store, which stores and brands they recommend instead, and what to fix first; * product summaries and questions and answers: for your top products, 7BE writes a short summary and a few questions and answers from your own product facts and buyers' reviews. They show on the product page as a "Questions and answers" tab, with the same questions as FAQ structured data, while the plugin is active and your store is connected. They are never written into your product descriptions (see "7BE's content is rented" below); * feeds for AI shopping: 7BE keeps your catalog in the files Google Merchant Center, Microsoft Merchant Center (Copilot) and ChatGPT read. The plugin sends it every day, and each product again right after you change it, with its GTIN and every variant; * verified reviews: when an order is completed, 7BE emails the buyer one review request a few days later, and one reminder. Reviews go on your public store profile on 7BE, marked as verified orders. You can also show your shop's existing product reviews on your profile, marked as imported. **7BE's content is rented, never handed over** Everything 7BE produces for your store (the summaries and questions and answers on your product pages, your 7BE rating, your feeds) is part of the running service. The plugin only displays it: the plugin has no locked features, and all of its code is in this package. 7BE's content shows only while the plugin is active and your store is connected, it is never saved into your products, product meta or pages, and it disappears from your store by itself when you disconnect, deactivate or delete the plugin, when the service ends, or when 7BE cannot be reached for 24 hours. **One-click fixes**, off until you turn them on: * product structured data on product pages where WooCommerce does not add its own, with ratings from your reviews; * your 7BE rating in each product's data: the rating buyers gave the product in their verified reviews, added where WooCommerce, Rank Math or Yoast WooCommerce SEO have no rating, while your store is connected; * /llms.txt: your store, categories, popular products and policies, in a form AI assistants read; * instant indexing: when you publish or change a product, IndexNow tells Bing and Microsoft Copilot about the page; * delivery and returns in product data, as you confirmed them under Feeds in 7BE. == External services == This plugin connects your store to the 7BE service (https://7be.io), which measures AI-referred revenue, runs the scans, shows your dashboard and supplies the content of the product blocks. The plugin sends nothing to 7BE until you click "Connect store". * When you click "Connect store", the plugin sends 7BE your store address, store name, the email you enter and a random connection code. 7BE then requests a short-lived token from your store's REST API (/wp-json/sevenbe/v1/verify) to confirm the plugin runs on your site. * Once your store is connected, for each order the plugin sends 7BE: the order ID, the date the order was created, its net total (the total minus tax, shipping and refunds), its status, your store's currency, and from WooCommerce's order attribution the source type, the utm_source and the host of the referrer (the website name only, without the page address or query). The plugin sends the last 60 days of orders once, in the background, after you connect or update to 0.9.0 (in pages of up to 250 orders); it sends an order again whenever its status changes or it is refunded; and once a day it sends again the orders changed in the last 3 days. 7BE uses this to show you what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot brought your store and to count the orders your 10% is on. The plugin never sends buyers' names, emails, addresses, phone numbers or IP addresses, or the items ordered. Disconnecting the store stops the sends. * To scan, 7BE reads your public catalog through the WooCommerce Store API and your public product, policy and robots.txt pages, like a shopper or search engine would. Scans use no customer, order or admin data. * Only if you tick "Show my product reviews on my 7BE profile": your shop's approved product reviews (rating, text, the reviewer's name as your shop shows it, the product) are sent to 7BE, once and then daily, to show on your profile marked as imported. No reviewer email or IP is sent. Unticking deletes them from 7BE. * Only if you turn on "Your 7BE rating in product data" and your store is connected: the plugin reads your store's public review summary from https://7be.io/api/reviews/your-domain (no data is sent), at most every 6 hours. * Only if you turn on verified reviews: each completed order's number, date and products, and the buyer's email and name, are sent to 7BE (and, when you turn reviews on, the orders completed in the last 90 days). 7BE uses them only to email that buyer one review request and one reminder, and deletes the email and name 120 days later. Buyers can stop all requests with one click. * Once a day 7BE asks the same REST route whether the plugin still runs. While connected it answers with a one-way hash of your store's 7BE id (never the id or the key); otherwise it says it is not connected. If the plugin stops answering for a few days, 7BE treats the store as disconnected. * When you disconnect the store or delete the plugin, the plugin tells 7BE (your store's 7BE id and the time, signed with its key), so 7BE stops scans, order reads and review requests. * On the plugin's admin page, a connected store's latest numbers (store name, last scan, how often AI named your products) are read from 7be.io with a request signed by your store's key, at most every 10 minutes while you open the page. The full dashboard opens on 7be.io in a new tab when you click "Open 7BE dashboard"; nothing from 7be.io is embedded in your admin. * Once your store is connected, the plugin shows 7BE's product blocks. When a visitor opens a page that needs them and the plugin has no copy younger than 6 hours, your store reads https://7be.io/api/apps/blocks (a GET request, signed with your store's key; no visitor data). The request carries only your store's 7BE id, the time its signature expires, the address of the plugin's admin page and the signature. 7BE answers, for each product, with its WooCommerce id and link, a short summary and questions and answers, or says the block is off. The plugin keeps the answer in the WordPress transient cache for 6 hours, plus a spare copy for up to 24 hours in case 7BE cannot be reached, and deletes both when 7BE says the block is off, when you disconnect, deactivate or delete the plugin. It shows the summary (HTML limited to paragraphs, lists, bold and italic) and the questions and answers as a product tab, and the questions as FAQ structured data on the product's page. Nothing is saved into your products or pages. The plugin page also reads the answer when you open it. * Only for stores that already apply 7BE product texts into their descriptions, and only when you click Apply on a text in the 7BE dashboard: 7BE sends the new description to your store's REST route (/wp-json/sevenbe/v1/texts), signed with your store's key. The plugin saves it as that product's description and keeps the one it replaces in the product's data, so Undo in 7BE puts it back. New 7BE work for a product goes to the product block above and is not written into your descriptions. To write texts, 7BE reads your products' public descriptions through the WooCommerce Store API. * Only while feeds are on (you turn them on in the 7BE dashboard): your published products are sent to 7BE once a day and after each change: name, description, link, images, price, sale price, currency, stock status, brand, GTIN, MPN, category and each variant's options. 7BE keeps them in your feed files. The catalog send contains no customer or order data. While connected, the plugin reads whether feeds are on, and the delivery and returns you confirmed, from 7be.io with a request signed by your store's key, at most every 6 hours. * Only if you turn on "Instant indexing (IndexNow)": when you publish or change a product, the plugin sends the product page's address and your site's IndexNow key to IndexNow (https://api.indexnow.org), which shares it with Bing and the other search engines that use IndexNow. Nothing else is sent. IndexNow terms: https://www.indexnow.org/terms. Bing privacy: https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement * Payment for the 7BE service is handled by Stripe, on Stripe's own page. 7BE terms: https://7be.io/terms 7BE privacy policy: https://7be.io/privacy Stripe privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy == Privacy == The plugin sends 7BE an order's total and where its visit came from, not who bought. For every order: the order ID, the date, the net total, the status, your store's currency, and the source type, utm_source and referrer host that WooCommerce's order attribution recorded. It does not send names, emails, addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses or the items ordered. Buyer names and emails reach 7BE only if you turn on verified reviews, and then only for the review request. The list above under "External services" names every other thing the plugin sends and when. How 7BE handles the data: https://7be.io/privacy == Installation == 1. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New, search for "7BE AI Shelf", then install and activate it. WooCommerce must be active. 2. Go to WooCommerce → AI Shelf and click "Connect store and see the last 60 days". 3. 7BE reads your last 60 days of orders in the background, and your first numbers appear in a few minutes on the 7BE dashboard. Your store must be reachable from the internet over HTTPS. Stores behind a password or maintenance mode cannot be connected. == Frequently Asked Questions == = What does the plugin send about my orders? = For each order: its ID, date, net total (without tax and shipping, less refunds), status, your store's currency, and the source type, utm_source and referrer host from WooCommerce's order attribution. Never a buyer's name, email, address, phone number or IP address, and never the items ordered. See "External services" for when it sends them. = What does 7BE cost? = The plugin is free, and so is connecting your store and seeing what AI brought it in the last 60 days. The 7BE service is 10% of the sales AI brings you. No subscription, no contract. Every order visible; any disputed order removed. Any store can start, from the Start 7BE button in your 7BE dashboard. The terms are at https://7be.io/terms. = Which orders count as brought by AI? = An order counts when its journey started or ended at an AI assistant. In WooCommerce that is read from the order attribution your store records: the orders whose visit came from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot or Claude (the referrer or the utm_source). Order attribution comes with WooCommerce 8.5 and newer; orders placed before it was on, or when it is switched off, have no source and do not count. Every counted order is listed in your 7BE account with its source, and you can mark an order "Not from AI". = Can you guarantee AI assistants will send me shoppers? = No one can. 7BE works to bring you shoppers from AI assistants and shows what they brought, order by order, so you see whether the numbers move. = Does the plugin change my store? = Only if you turn on a one-click fix. While your store is connected and 7BE has a block for a product, the plugin also shows a "Questions and answers" tab on that product's page; it is not saved into the product and goes away with the connection. Stores that already apply 7BE product texts into their descriptions can still do so from the 7BE dashboard (Undo puts the old description back). Otherwise the plugin adds an admin page, background tasks that send the order data above, and two public REST routes: one used during connection, one that accepts product texts signed with your store's key. The fixes add product data to product pages, answer /llms.txt and, for IndexNow, /your-indexnow-key.txt; they never edit your products or theme files, and turning a fix off removes it at once. = What happens when I disconnect? = Before you disconnect, the plugin page shows what AI brought your store through 7BE in the last 3 months and what stops. Then the plugin forgets its connection, stops sending orders and tells 7BE, which stops scans and order reads for your store. The 7BE blocks, rating and feeds stop: the product tabs leave your product pages and the plugin deletes its copy of them. A page that a caching plugin has already saved keeps showing the tab until that cache is cleared. Product descriptions you applied from 7BE earlier stay as they are. = Is the content 7BE puts on my product pages mine to keep? = No. It is rented with the service: it shows while the plugin is active and your store is connected, and disappears when it is not. The plugin never writes it into your products. If you want a text of your own, write it in WooCommerce as usual. = Is any part of the plugin locked until I pay? = No. The plugin contains all of its code and has no license key. The summaries and questions and answers are made by the 7BE service once you start it; the plugin shows whatever 7BE sends for your store, and nothing when it sends none. = Where does the Questions and answers tab show? = On the product page, in WooCommerce's product tabs next to Description. It works in any theme that shows WooCommerce's product tabs, including block themes that use the Product Details block. A theme that hides the tabs shows nothing, and no FAQ structured data is printed either. == Screenshots == 1. Every order visible; any disputed order removed. Seeing what AI brought your store in the last 60 days stays free, and any store can start. * 7BE blocks: while your store is connected, 7BE's short summary and questions and answers for a product show on its page as a "Questions and answers" tab, with FAQ structured data for the same questions. They are rented with the service: read from 7BE, kept for 6 hours (24 hours if 7BE cannot be reached), never saved into your products, and gone when you disconnect, deactivate or delete the plugin. * Disconnecting now asks first: the plugin page shows what AI brought you through 7BE in the last 3 months and that the 7BE blocks, rating and feeds stop. * Disconnecting also deletes the plugin's copy of your 7BE rating and feed terms, and a disconnected store no longer shows the 7BE rating. * New 7BE product work goes to the block, not into your descriptions. Stores that already apply 7BE texts can still do so, and Undo still works. * AI-referred revenue: once your store is connected, the plugin sends 7BE each order's net total and WooCommerce's own order attribution (source type, utm_source, referrer host) so the 7BE dashboard shows what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot brought you. No buyer names, emails or addresses. * The last 60 days of orders are sent once in the background after you connect or update; after that an order is sent when its status changes or it is refunded, and orders changed in the last 3 days are sent again every day. * The plugin page now starts from what AI brought your store, with the 7BE terms next to the dashboard button. = 0.8.0 = * Feeds for AI shopping: while feeds are on in 7BE, the plugin sends your catalog with each product's GTIN and every variant, daily and right after each change, so your feeds for Google, Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT stay as your store shows them. * New one-click fix: instant indexing (IndexNow) for new and changed product pages. * New one-click fix: delivery and returns in product data, from the terms you confirmed in 7BE. * Product texts by AI: apply a text written in 7BE to the product with one click, and undo it. = 0.7.0 = * The plugin page shows your store's latest numbers in WordPress and opens the 7BE dashboard on 7be.io in a new tab, instead of embedding it. = 0.6.0 = * Disconnecting the store, or deleting the plugin, now tells 7BE, which stops scans and review requests. = 0.5.0 = * Your product reviews on 7BE: an opt-in that shows your shop's own approved product reviews on your 7BE profile, marked as imported from WooCommerce and kept apart from verified reviews. No reviewer email is sent. * Turning on verified reviews asks the buyers of the last 90 days (was 30), each buyer once, and shows how many first. = 0.4.0 = * Your 7BE rating in product data: a one-click fix that adds each product's rating from 7BE verified reviews to its product data. = 0.3.0 = * Verified reviews, off until you turn them on: completed orders go to 7BE, which asks each buyer for a review of their order. = 0.2.0 = * One-click fixes: product structured data where WooCommerce's own is missing, and /llms.txt. * Scans every 7 days. * An email after each weekly scan, with an off switch in the dashboard and in every email. = 0.1.0 = * First version: connect, free scan, dashboard, weekly scans, Stripe billing. == Upgrade Notice == = 0.9.0 = New price: 10% of the sales AI brings you, no subscription. Once connected, the plugin sends 7BE each order's net total and its WooCommerce order attribution, never buyer names, emails or addresses. 7BE's Q&A tab shows on product pages only while connected.
